TRAINER’S PROFILE

Mr. Arshad Ayub Shaik is working as a Safety Engineer at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). Prior to this, he worked as a Process Safety Engineer in leading consulting companies and conducted more than 100 PHAs including software modeling in different sectors. He worked for reputed organizations such as KOC, KNPC, KGOC, PIC, ONGC India, IOCL, DCW, IAL, AMEC Foster Wheeler, Fluor, Petrofac, Saipem, Mott Macdonald and L&T in different countries of Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

Academic Achievements:

  • Post Graduated in Petroleum Engineering from IIT Madras.
  • Gold medallist in Chemical Engineering (B. Tech).
  • Presented a paper in Marry Kay O’ Conner Process Safety Centre titled “Risk Assessment: A tool for Control room sitting” in Texas A&M University, USA.
